Treasuries Department has prepared a Software for PRC 2010 Pay Fixations. This Software is not for Public use and is for the DDOs only. To access this Software, we must enter through DDOs login page.
In this Software, by entering the Employee Treasury ID Number, we can automatically generate the required Pay Fixation forms and Bills.
To generate the required Forms & Bills, Option must be entered and details of Personal Pay / Special Pay should be provided.
By using this Software, the following can be prepared :

2) Appendix-I
3) Fixation Arrears
4) Bill Preparation
5) Proceedings

SSC, Intermediate top 50 Answer Scripts on Internet
For the first time, answer sheets of toppers in the SSC and Intermediate exams will be available on the Internet.
At a time when students are regularly awarded 100 per cent marks even in language papers, the move is aimed at bringing about transparency in an evaluation process mired in controversies. Every year students, parents and college managements allege large-scale irregularities and “favouritism” shown by evaluators towards particular colleges to enable them to secure state ranks.
“Transparency in any system will curb irregularities. This will also clear doubts on the evaluation process among students and parents. The evaluators will feel more responsible while doing their job,” said Mr D. Manikya Vara Prasada Rao, minister for secondary education. He said initially the answer sheets of 50 toppers from both SSC and Inter exams would be displayed. The law department’s legal opinion would be taken before making a formal announcement on the issue, he added.
Earlier, students used to get maximum marks only in Mathematics and the evaluators used to award less than 90 per cent in other subjects.
But the situation changed when corporate colleges came into the scene in the late ’90s. Students securing 100 per cent marks even in language papers became a regular feature. This led to widespread allegations about the evaluation process as corporate colleges vied with each other to publicise state ranks.

Intake cut by half in RGUKT IIITs
The annual intake of students in each of the three IIITs (International Institutes of Information Technology) has been reduced from 2,000 to 1,000.
The IIITs were established by the Rajasekhara Reddy government, one each in the three regions of the State, to offer quality IT education to rural youths and make them employable through a six-year integrated course.
The decision to cut the intake by half was taken by the Cabinet, at a meeting here on Thursday, on the recommendation of a Cabinet sub-committee constituted by Chief Minister K. Rosaiah recently. The four-member committee concluded that the existing infrastructure in these institutes—particularly the hostel accommodation and faculty—was grossly inadequate to achieve the original goal of bringing them on a par with the IITs.
Sources said the Ministers were conscious of the criticism this decision would draw on the score that the present government was rolling back all the schemes. But, it was pointed out that once these institutes reached their sixth year, they would together have 36,000 students and it would be a Herculean task to provide them even the basic facilities. The IIITs are presently functioning at Basar (Adilabad district), Idupalapaya Valley (Kadapa) and Nuzvid (Krishna) under the Rajiv Gandhi University of Knowledge Technologies. A spokesman, however, clarified to reporters later that for now, the Cabinet's decision applied for the 2010-2011 academic year. It would be reviewed once the infrastructure was improved.
Enquiries with Higher Education Department revealed that the IIITs, which were originally authorised to admit 6,000 students annually—that is each 2,000, began admissions two years ago and they have, at present, a total of 12,000 students on rolls. Sources said the Government was also concerned over identifying funds for the IIITs which was of the order of Rs. 600 crore annually.

Resource Persons are selected district-wide and there is no condition that RPs should be selected from everey mandal.
